Estimates

We specialize and process all insurance claims for your convenience, and our team is ready and qualified for any challenge your vehicle may offer. Estimates are made by appointment with our office staff and they generally take 30 minutes.

Collision Repair

Concours Elite Collision Center is proudly recognized as an I-CAR Gold Class® collision repair shop. When you see the I-CAR Gold Class recognition logo this indicates that all technicians are up to date with certification and are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to complete, safe repairs of your vehicle.

Concours Elite Collision Center is among the only 10% of collision repair businesses to achieve Gold Class status, whereas shops that are not Gold Class may train minimally or not at all. Gold Class shops are trained on how to fix your vehicle right; on what should be repaired and what needs to be replaced, and on how to see hidden damage you may not see.

Paint

Known for our color-matching skills, we take pride in every vehicle we paint as if it was our own. We use PPG's sophisticated computerized color-matching systems to ensure the match of the vehicle's paint code to the manufacturer's paint codes. However, paint codes don't always work because it depends on what type of paint, brand, and technique the manufacturer or prior painter used and that is where our experienced certified painters come in and put their skills to the test.

Our Process: Our paint process requires an attentive multi-step application process to ensure the quality blending of the new and old finishes. Here, at Concours Elite we care about our environment, we only use high-quality waterborne eco-friendly PPG paints and coatings formulated specifically for the auto industry and our technicians are highly skilled and experienced with using these types of paints and know how to properly prep and apply them.

Frame Strengthening and Structural Repair

The structural integrity of a vehicle is what keeps you and your loved ones safe. It is the base of the foundation in other words. When our estimators carefully assess a vehicle we properly look for any indication of hidden damage or if there is a possibility of hidden damage. Either way, we keep you safe, your vehicle will typically have a tear-down to assess the vehicle further and to properly determine hidden damage. SAFE, COMPLETE, QUALITY repairs are a no-brainer when it comes to our work.

Learning Experience: Vehicle collisions can cause damage to the unibody or frame itself. Ninety-eight percent of the time it is necessary for a complete teardown of the vehicle for technicians to determine hidden damage for proper repairs. Once a teardown is done an accurate assessment of the vehicle is complete.

Insurance Claims

We process all insurance claims for your convenience, and our team is ready and qualified for any challenge the vehicle may offer. We are also a Direct Repair Program (DRP) shop for all major insurance companies. This means, that we are the preferred collision repair shop in Northern California for insurance companies, and they will recommend our shop for proper repairs and genuine customer services. Remember: You have the right to choose what repair shop fixes your vehicle. Insurance companies may recommend shops for you. However, they CAN NOT tell you where to have your repairs done. So, if you ever find yourself in this sticky situation, especially you, lovely ladies, please make sure to educate your insurance adjuster on this little tip of the California Law so kindly refers to as "steering."
